SUCTION SORTER WITH 1 OR 4 VISION SYSTEMS FOR TOMATO AND FRUIT PULPS, DICES, EXTRUSIONS, COMPOTES.

AspirX is a line of optical sorters with camera, heir of the well-known Lince 9096, with suction rejection, suitable for sorting tomato and fruit as pulp, dices and extrusion. This system has been proved the most efficient in detecting defects such as off-color, rot, and discolouration in dark colors. The AspirX range is available in various formats to fit different production capacity, from 5 up to 20 tons of product per hour.
DIMENSIONS (L x H x W) | CAPACITY | BELT WIDTH READING |
---|---|---|
Mod. 50 – 50 (2850 x 2500 x 1800) | 1-7 t/h | 500 mm |
Mod. 100 – 100 (3078 x 2825 x 1960) | 6-13 t/h | 1000 mm |
Mod. 150 – 150 (3200 x 2500 x 2500) | 9-22 t/h | 1500 mm |

The sorter uses a high-speed and high-resolution camera system that examines the product moving on the conveyor belt. The images are analysed by an electronic card, designed by Protec that uses the latest integration and speed technology to ensure maximum performance. Defects as small as 0.5 x 0.5 mm. in size are analysed in conjunction with a powerful image processing software The sorter is provided with a monitoring Personal Computer with Touch Screen interface. The software installed checks each of the functions that need to be monitored: the amount of rejects, the air pressure, the water temperature, the motors’ activation. This can be done in automatic mode and also manually.
The conveyor belt makes maintenance easy to perform and replacement parts quick to install, by reducing to a minimum the parts to disassemble.
Products identified as unfit are suctioned by two rows of hollow cylinders. This setting allows a 100% coverage of the belt’s surface. For sorters exclusively used in pulps sorting, such as the AspirX (T) or (F) series, Protec has developed a small diameter suction system, capable of greatly reducing the quantity of good product in the waste. The ejectors’ diameter for diced products is wider, for this purpose the (DT) or (PF) series have been developed.
The suctioned product ends up in a waste collection tank. The inside of the system is designed to be completely washed in all the parts that come into contact with the product: waste collection tank, tubes, ejectors. High or low temperatures can be used. The machine is provided with a vacuum generator created by liquid-ring pumps capable of handling the highest rates of rejections and/or presence of defects.
