Exotic fruit optical sorters
A wide range of solutions

Protec’s exotic fruit optical sorters are an efficient solution for sorting whole, diced or sliced fruits: removing foreign bodies, and sorting fruits non color-conforming, also on both sides.

Exotic fruit pulps and jams go through extremely fine sorting that identifies defects as small as 0.5 mm range, off-color, rot spots, black, green, yellow or white discolorations.

A dedicated machine sorts aflatoxin contaminated products that are completely and reliably removed.
