Broccoli Optical Sorters
Effective in sorting and rejecting

Thanks to Protec’s superior vision and lighting technology, our optical sorters can detect and reject off-color, rot and discoloration in broccoli. The sorting machines are also extremely effective in detecting any foreign bodies hidden inside the broccoli, such as insects and small animals.
