Salad Optical sorters
Freshness and quality ready to eat

Protec’s Duett and DixAir sorters can detect defects in salad leaves such as discolorations and rot spots. The Salad optical sorters also find and reject foreign bodies. They are used on a wide variety of salads. The accuracy of the sorting process guarantees hygiene, quality and freshness of the product, especially important for the ready to eat fresh-cut range.
